Popis: | The article presents the results of the survey 40 respondents, teachers’ training college staff took part in. The main objective of the study is to identify psychological characteristics of the connection between expressed individual’s motivation and his/her money attitude. The study explores the dependence of a motivational profile identity on money attitude. In particular, money as a means of raising funds is of high importance for those teachers, for whom work is not of any significant value. Professionals, who value the very work, consider money as a means of treatment. Teachers, performing work with maximum impact, neither insisting on its entertaining content or high payment, or requiring any additional guidance, or the permanent monitoring shall consider money as a status measure, an indicator of his wealth, sustainability, and reliability. Most of the respondents, who have little motivation to work effectively, more often, than others will check tips, but doing so, they believe, that money is not something determines their whole lives. For respondents, who show a patriotic type of motivation, based on high moral qualities, religious, ideological ideas, the employee’s belief in his necessity for the organization, the amount of salary is not that meaningful. |
