Popis:	Quinuclidinyl benzylate is one of the most active muscarinolytic compounds. The authors synthesized quaternary derivatives of it, containing alkyl radicals of different length at the nitrogen atom and determined their muscarinolytic activity. The length of the alkyl radical at the quaternary nitrogen atom extended from methyl to decyl. The muscarinolytic activity of iodoalkylates was determined on the longitudinal muscle of small intestines and auricles of guinea pigs.
