Ðомпанией бÑли пÑедоÑÑÐ°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ ÑÐ²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾ ÑежимнÑÑ Ð¿Ð°ÑамеÑÑÐ°Ñ ÑкÑплÑаÑаÑии магиÑÑÑалÑного газопÑовода, ÑоÑÑаве газа и ÑÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑеÑком оÑоÑмлении ÑÑÑановок комплекÑной подгоÑовки газа. Ðа оÑнове пÑедоÑÑавленнÑÑ Ð¼Ð°ÑеÑиалов бÑло полÑÑено колиÑеÑÑво и ÑоÑÑав жидкоÑÑи, ÑеÑÑемой из газа пÑи магиÑÑÑалÑной ÑÑанÑпоÑÑиÑовке. The subject of the graduate qualification work is âModeling of the pipeline transportation of gas with a high content of heavy componentsâ. The present work is devoted to the study of the possibility of the occurrence of liquid phases and crystalline gas hydrates during the transportation of gas from the Achimov deposits in harsh thermobaric conditions. In the course of the study, the following tasks were solved: 1. A comparative evaluation of the equations of state for the description of gas-liquid equilibrium was carried out. 2. The potential causes of the violation of the composition of the transported gas were identified. 3. Compositions of the formed phases in the range of temperatures and pressures of transportation and of the conditions for the formation of hydrates were calculated. 4. Recommendations for optimizing transportation conditions were developed. The work was carried out in collaboration with Wintershall Dea Russia GmbH. The Company provided information about the operating parameters of the main gas pipeline, the composition of gas and the technological design of gas treatment plants. Based on the materials provided calculation of composition of liquid lost from gas during pipeline transportation was done. The results of the calculations made it possible to develop recommendations for changing the composition of the transported gas to prevent the condensation of the liquid phase and the formation of hydrates in the gas pipeline. The obtained results might be applied to optimize the regime of gas treatment unit work and to increase the income of production plant. |
