In this master dissertation was conducted a deep analysis of Russian electrical standards on power quality matter. The paper describes voltage drops and methods for improving the quality of electrical energy on the buses of important loads. Were determined certain benefits of maintaining the power quality on our part of the grid. Also, were adressed the actual problems of ensuring the quality of electricity in the Russian Federation, associated with outdated standards and the lack of motivation to comply with the SQI, are considered. A wide range of devices for dynamic compensation of voltage sags (dips) is considered and the optimal variant has been determined. The specific consumer demands as well as inability to find or implement some solutions laid a certain restrictions on the final choice. In this dissertation for dynamic voltage compensation purpose a dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) was selected as part of the boiler house project for heating high-viscosity oil. The main elements of the device have been developed, and its technical and economic aspects have been calculated. |
