The topic of the graduate qualification work: "Hotel building with structures made of self-repairing concrete".The development of project documentation was carried out in accordance with the terms of reference for design and Russian Federation Government Decree â 87 of 16.02.2008 "On the part of project documentation and requirements to its content".The aim of the research was to evaluate the expediency of using self-repairing concrete in the construction and operation of the hotel complex.To achieve the goal the following tasks were put forward:1. to characterize self-repairing concrete and analyze the physical and mechanical properties;2.To calculate the volume of self-repairing concrete for the construction of the hotel complex structure;3.To calculate the economic component for the construction of hotel complex using self-repairing concrete.4. Тo evaluate the advantages of self-repairing concrete in comparison with concrete of class B40In the construction of various buildings and structures, concrete is one of the main materials in the industry. It follows that the whole industry of building materials faces one of the most important tasks - the creation and implementation of technologies that can reduce resource costs and extend the service life of products based on concreteIn the work, concrete modified with microbiological additives, its properties, advantages and disadvantages are considered. During the work were calculated economic indicators, according to which, the use of this type of concrete makes construction more expensive by 153%. To reduce the cost without loss of quality, it was found that it is possible to add fly ash, the introduction of ash reduces the estimated cost by 9%. Regarding the physical and mechanical properties - the compressive strength is 13% higher than that of the control sample of concrete class B40 at the age of 270 days. The self-repairing concrete building load-bearing structures extend the service life of the building and reduce repair costs. |
