Congenital tricuspid stenosis associated with pulmonary atresia has been referred to in the literature under various names and is, therefore, not quite as rare as is generally accepted. 2. 2. Six cases have been followed and studied in detail, including autopsy findings. The various other abnormalities associated with this defect are described. 3. 3. The differential diagnosis between this lesion and tricuspid atresia is discussed. We believe the diagnosis can be made during life. |
