Popis:	The mixed complexes between Ni(II), ethylenediamine (A) and the β-alaninate ion (B) are studied in 0.5 M K.NO3 at 25 °C. The existence of NiAB+ and NiA2B+ is proved and the stability constants of these complexes are given. The visible and near-infrared spectrum of each species is reported and briefly discussed.
