The daily life of people with disabilities who have missing arms is greatly limited. In order to improve their quality of life, a set of intelligent robot control system based on the detection of head's posture is designed in this article. The manipulator can move in the range of three-dimensional according to the head's data detected by MPU6050 sensor. At the same time, it can open and close to catch things controlled by the facial muscle signal detected by EMG sensor. The system's state parameters can be set by sound caught by voice recognition module. The structure is flexible enough to command the robot to catch the objects controlled by moving the head through the wireless. In addition, a MPU6050 sensor module is installed at the front of the robot to make the manipulator to maintain a certain angle automatically. This system is of far-reaching significance for people with disabilities in improving self-care ability and increasing the quality of life. |
