Popis:	The Cody/Waite recipes in their book Software Manual for the Elementary Functions [CW80] are an excellent source of portable methods for computation of elementary functions. It is possible to do better, but sometimes only at the expense of portability, and often only by doing at least parts of the computation in higher precision, which may mean software arithmetic and a significant performance penalty.
