Creating a Smart Grid requires the development of devices to automatically control the parameters and configuration of electrical networks. One of these devices is a solid state voltage regulator (SSVR), a prototype of which has been created in NNSTU. The main purpose of SSVR is an automatic regulation of active and reactive power flows in the medium voltage distribution network. The article is devoted to the study of a two-level control system of the SSVR. A description of the functional diagram and software of the lower and upper levels of the SSVR control system is given. A simulation model of a SSVR control system has been developed. The research of SSVR control systems operation (upper and lower levels) in the normal mode of the electric network has been carried out. The results of the study have confirmed the correct operation of the control system. |
