Popis: The right of a person to mental health should be considered in the context of the legal status of certain groups of persons (women, children, migrants, refugees, etc.). For the purposes of this article, we will consider the right of children to mental health. The choice of this category of persons is due, in particular, to the steady increase in the number of nervous, unbalanced, hyperactive children with mental disorders, both in Ukraine and in the world as a whole. The future mental health of the nation depends on the extent to which the growing person will be provided with conditions that would guarantee mental health, optimal physical, spiritual and social well-being. Proceeding from the general principles of the European vector of development of the state, the formation of an institution for the social protection of children and the implementation of European standards of children's right to mental health in order to create favorable conditions for the formation of future generations is the most important task for Ukraine.
