Popis: Summary form only given. In this paper, we report a new clamped gain InGaAsP semiconductor optical amplifier (CG SOA) structure with an integrated Bragg grating as a wavelength selective reflector and demonstrate crosstalk suppression in case of WDM application at 2.5 Gbit/s.
