Popis: | In the research, welded joints of aluminum and copper alloys were obtained by friction stir welding (FSW). The microstructure, mechanical properties and phase components of welded joints obtained by FSW were studied using various methods of metal physical analysis including X-ray diffraction, mechanical tests for tearing and bending, etc. Welded joints of copper and aluminum parts were formed in a solid state by transferring metals into superplastic state (SPS), forming in the zone weld nugget (WN) a characteristic shear-banded layered structure with alternating layers. The mixed structure, with characteristic inclusions of Cu and Al, was formed on the aluminum side from the side of the WN. |
