Popis: Ushbu maqolada elektr energiyasi ishlab chiqarish jarayonini S7 1200 kontrolleri yordamida jarayonni boshqarish amalga oshirilgan. Tizimning funksionalligi, texnik tavsiflari, apparat va dasturiy ta'minotning tuzilishi va maqsadi tavsiflanadi. Natija inson omilining ta'sirini kamaytirish va ishlab chiqarishda xavfsizlikni oshirishga qaratilgan, hamda, tizimning yuqori ishonchliligini ta'minlashni nazarda tutadi. Texnologik jarayonlarning murakkablashuvi va jadallashuvi tufayli zamonaviy ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini boshqarish ularni kontrollerlar va boshqaruvchi hisoblash texnikasini qo’llab keng avtomatlashtirish asosidagina samarali bo’lishiga erishiladi.
In this article, the process control of the electricity generation process using the S7 1200 controller is implemented. The functionality, technical specifications, structure and purpose of the hardware and software are described. The result is aimed at reducing the impact of the human factor and increasing safety in production, as well as ensuring high reliability of the system. Due to the complexity and acceleration of technological processes, the management of modern production processes becomes effective only on the basis of extensive automation using controllers and management computing techniques.
