A 32-year-old patient had breast augmentation with textured anatomical silicone gel implants in submuscular pockets in 2003. Postoperatively the implants were not right with the right breast having a double bubble and being lower than the right. The Group considered the possibility of using different implants, raising the right inframammary fold and possibly changing the implants to a subglandular position. Ultimately revision was performed with capsulorrhaphy on the right to raise the inframammary fold (IMF) and changing both the implants to smooth, round, silicone gel implants. The results were very good. |
