Popis: | 1H NMR and IR data of numerous natural and synthetic analogues of daunorubicin and doxorubicin, anthracycline antibiotics successfully used in the clinical treatment of human tumours, have been recorded. The chemical shift values of the phenolic protons of approximately 130 compounds are reviewed and discussed with the aim of establishing a relationship between δ values and structural features. The IR absorptions of the quinone system in the region 1560–1680 cm−1 are also examined. |
