Popis: | —This study was aimed at the identification of the most significant clinical, anatomical, and molecular risk factors of the occurrence and progression of endometrial hyperplastic processes and the development of endometrial malignant transformation in women of perimenopause age taking statistical analysis into account. The results enabled us to find statistically significant risk factors for endometrial cancer. The degree of cancer risk was calculated using the method of binary logistic regression; the effective tactics of management of patients with endometrial hyperplastic processes in perimenopause was chosen. |
