| Popis: | This chapter provides an overview of different scenarios that can be identified in emergency situations, such as natural disasters or accidents, thus providing an overview of new services that might be beneficial for these scenarios as well as the major challenges that have to be addressed by public safety LTE networks to maintain communications in these situations. Additionally, a case study about a new video hardware platform to be used by first responders is introduced alongside new components to be included in the operators’ networks to provide these new services in the area of public safety. |
