Popis: | On the basis of the study of the photoelectrophysical and spectral characteristics of the heterostructure of cadmium telluride — an electrically conducting poly (N-epoxypropylcarbazole) — the possibility of using this heterotransition as a solid-state photogalvanic cell with efficiency of luminous-to-electrical-energy conversion efficiency equal to 3.2% and possessing spectral sensitivity in the UV, visible, and near IR regions was demonstrated. |
