Popis: | The objective of this paper is to present a survey of the Perturbed-based Extremum Seeking Control (PESC) methods and their applications in Photovoltaic (PV) arrays under Partially Shaded Conditions (PSCs). A new PESC scheme is also proposed to seek and track the Global Maximum Power Point (GMPP) of the PV power. This scheme has better performance than other GMPP methods and it may revive the specialists׳ interest in applying this PESC scheme in PV applications and others multimodal problems from industry. Different PV and nonlinear multimodal patterns were used to test the proposed control scheme. The results obtained have shown very good performance related to search speed and tracking accuracy of the GMPP under different PSCs simulated. |
