Surface specific adsorption of glucose to ZnO

Popis:	Potential of mean force (PMF) of glucose to four common surfaces of ZnO, has been calculated by using umbrella sampling technique. We observe that glucose shows maximum adsorption free energy for ZnO (10-10) surface that can be utilized as a non-enzymatic glucose biosensor.
