New dihydrostilbenes from Macaranga heynei I.M. Johnson, biological activities and structure-activity relationship

Popis: Four new dihydrostilbenes, malayheyneiins A–D (1–4) along with three known analogues, laevifolins A–B (5–6) and macarubiginosin C (7) were isolated from the leaves of Macaranga heynei. The structures of the compounds were elucidated using 1D and 2D NMR, UV, IR, MS as well as comparison with literature data.
