Popis: An automatic peptide library synthesizer capable of randomizing 20 building blocks in 20 reaction vessels is described. The design is based on uniform bead distribution by gravity sedimentation after thorough mixing by inert gas bubbling and stirring. The instrument can be alternatively used as a multiple peptide synthesizer since it can deliver any reagent to any reaction vessel.
