Popis:	Summary In this article we talk about Sjogren syndrome, an autoimmune disease of unknown aetiology, which has a diverse clinical presentation with no specific treatment, only symptomatic. We present the case of a pregnant woman with this disease diagnosed in childhood. She had a pregnancy that progressed without important complications, and the pre-existing clinical state was not exacerbated by pregnancy. The disease did not influence the development of the pregnancy.
