| Popis: | We read with interest the paper by Moss et al (1989) on the diagnosis of atlanto-axial rotary fixation by functional computed tomography (CT). We have recently seen two young adults with resistant torticollis but no neurological symptoms following minor neck trauma. Routine antero-posterior, open-mouth, upper cervical spine radiographs revealed some asymmetry of Cl on C2, and subsequent CT of both patients confirmed the presence of atlanto-axial rotary fixation. |
