Popis: | An alternative source of arterial inflow is sometimes necessary for renal revascularization when aortorenal endarterectomy or bypass are inappropriate due to a diseased aorta. We report the case of a 29-year-old male who underwent hepatorenal bypass for renovascular hypertension and chronic renal insufficiency. Hepatorenal revascularization was performed by interposing reversed saphenous vein between the common hepatic artery and the right renal artery. Postoperatively, both renal and hepatic functions were normal and the hypertension was reduced. |
