Popis: | Cylindrical shells with bottoms made by continuous winding [i, 2] represent the most widely used articles manufactured from polymeric composite materials. The present article investigates the breakdown characteristics of shells prepared by wet winding (using EDT-10 binder) of glass or organic polyamide fibers with an average diameter of 8 ~m. The total length of the shell was 700 mm, the diameter of the cylindrical section was 360 mm, the number of the layers in the cylindrical section was nine (three double spiral layers and six annular layers). |
