Popis: In the article authors explain the essence of the concept of «pedagogical coaching» and consider it in the context of formation of digital competence of future teachers of mathematics as pedagogical technology. It has been found that pedagogical coaching, as a technology for developing the digital competence of future teachers of mathematics, is a useful technique for organizing and educating students through the use of digital and information resources, based on a resource-oriented approach and aiming at the creation of optimal conditions for developing the potential of the personality of students, thus ensuring the training of the ability to act and learn effectively and the development of skills for independent cognitive search, effective management of their own training activities. The stages of the coach sessions are highlighted and described: analytical-preparatory, operational-efficient and reflexive-result.
