Popis: | The ways of increasing the energy efficiency of the oil air-cooling heat exchanger (ACHE) by using flatfinned aluminum pipes as a heat and mass transfer intensifier are considered. The characteristics of seven different samples of flat-finned aluminum pipes were studied to determine the optimal combination of geometric parameters and energy efficiency. The main criteria for the overall assessment of pressure losses and energy indicators are the Kirpichev and Antufyev criteria. Full-scale and numerical experiments were carried out to obtain a model of the ACHE heat exchange section, which is planned to be used in a full-size model of the oil cooler. The data comparison results of experiment and numerical studies are presented, and the best pipe design for use as part of the ACHE is determined. |
