Popis: | This paper presents a development cycle performed in an industrial environment, which was supported by FE simulation. Product design and production process were studied simultaneously with the aim of improving the product quality. The development process took place in a virtual environment. For the selected product it was necessary to study the residual stresses after forming and the stress state caused during the operation, together. Different kinds of software were used in order to gain all the necessary information on the properties of the product and the production process. |
