Popis: The microwave spectra from 26.5 to 39.0 GHz of CF 3 70 GeDH 2 , CF 3 72 GeDH 2 , CF 3 74 GeDH 2 , CF 3 70 GeD 2 H, CF 3 72 GeD 2 H, and CF 3 74 GeD 2 H have been measured and assigned for the ground vibrational state as well as for two excited states of the torsion. Additionally, the microwave spectra from 18.0 to 39.0 GHz of CF 3 70 GeD 3 , CF 3 72 GeD 3 , CF 3 73 GeD 3 , CF 3 74 GeD 3 and CF 3 76 GeD 3 have been measured and assigned for the ground vibrational state, four excited states of the torsion, three excited states of the CF 3 rock, and three excited states of both of these modes. From a diagnostic least-squares adjustment to fit 15 rotational constants for the ground vibrational state, the following r 0 structural parameters were obtained: r (Ge-H) = 1.499 ± 0.004 A, r (C-Ge) = 1.997 ± 0.017 A, r (C-F)=1.352±0.008 A, ∠ CGeH = 107.1±0.2°, and ∠ FCGe = 1116.6±0.9°. The r s structural parameters were also obtained for the GeH 3 moiety and were found to be r (Ge-H)=1.499±0.002 A and ∠ CGeH=107.1±0.1°. These parameters are compared to the analogous parameters in some similar compounds.
