Popis: | With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, digital technologies began to change the traditional order of social and economic development that had existed for centuries, and companies began to adopt digital tools and explore the possibilities of digital transformation. At the same time, many researchers and practitioners note that small and medium-sized businesses are digitalizing much more slowly compared to large companies, so the actual practice-oriented task is to study the specific possibilities of using digital tools that are available to small and medium-sized businesses. This article discusses the tools available to SME entities for the main functional areas of technology application: R&D, supply chain management, production, warehousing and logistics, marketing and after-sales service, general and strategic management. |
