Popis:	The presented article concerns the issues of planning infrastructure investments on the Oder Waterway. It analyzed the sources of financing infrastructural investments for ODW and the entities responsible for their implementation. It presents the factors stimulating and delaying the implementation of infrastructure investments at the ODW, as well as the scope of modernization and renovation works on prospects to 2020 and 2030.
