Popis: | We have analyzed the amplitude of spectral components of an autodyne signal formed using laser radiation reflected from an external object performing harmonic oscillations with unknown amplitude. Based on this analysis, a new method is proposed, theoretically substantiated, and experimentally verified that allows the amplitude of nanometer-scale vibrations of the object to be determined by measuring the spectrum of a semiconductor laser operating in the autodyne regime and taking the ratio of the first two harmonics in this spectrum. |
