Popis:	A new technical solution reducing the widthwise thickness variation of a rolled strip is presented. This solution is the use of cylindrical work rolls mounted so that their longitudinal axes cross. The backup rolls have the form of a one-sheeted hyperboloid. Their longitudinal axes are perpendicular to the rolling axis.
