Popis: This article begins with an examination of general issues around teaching and learning. The experience of black adults as teachers and learners is the central theme. There is a detailed outline and evaluation of the Adult Learning element of the taught programme; the material used, evolving ideas, and the role of the facilitators during the two days of the course are discussed.
