Summary Rotational and strip grazing were compared under uniform stocking rates on six acres of irrigated bromegrass ( Bromus inermis ) in 1959, 1960, and 1961. Total digestible nutrient (TDN) utilization was greater under rotational grazing throughout the experiment. Total herbage production, however, was also higher on the rotationally grazed paddocks the first two years of the trial.
