Popis: We are estimating, how deep can we use Radio Waves for the “remote sensing” of the Universe. Result of the “Big Trio” Russian-USA project was used, to estimate the possible space density of the active galaxies at very early epoch, and demonstrated, that there are no observational constrains on the existence on very HZ objects, z 》 1, up to recombination epoch and at least some classes of the Early Universe population may are in the range of present day (and future generation) facilities. We demonstrate, that RATAN-600 CMB anisotropy long waves results combined with the last years short waves results confirm the Black Body spectrum of the observable extra power at sub degree scales. This extra noise is not far from the expected at the recombination epoch and we are sure now, that Radio Universe is practically free from the Thompson scattering between z=1000 and observer. We restrict the range of redshift for secondary ionisation of the Universe, for epoch of galaxies formation and for the barionic content of the Universe. Information is given on the next generation Russian projects, connected with HZ objects and with sub degree anisotropy with Ground based big telescopes, which may operate in the atmosphere free mode of observation. We present RATAN-600 “Sakharov Oscillations” project for 1998–2004.
