Popis: | A riboflavin-appended myoglobin was successfully synthesized by the reconstitution of a chemically modified heme with apomyoglobin. Electron transfer from NADH to the heme active site was remarkably accelerated through a pendent riboflavin in the semi-artificial myoglobin. |
