Popis: The current development of technology aims to facilitate all human activities and work practices. One of the fields of technology that requires fast and efficient information services is the health sector. Health services or checks are very important to determine a person's physical condition or health conditions and early prevention. However, hospitals or health centers' equipment is still carried out conventionally or still use cable media to send patient data information. One example of medical personnel's conventional equipment to take body temperature and blood pressure is a thermometer and sphygmomanometer. This condition certainly requires a longer time to process patient data because it does not work in realtime. To improve health services need monitoring system of body temperature and blood pressure based on the internet of things (IoT) is proposed using the Arduino Uno module. This study's purpose is to easier for medical personnel to monitor the patient's health condition in real-time, reduce the burden on medical personnel, and reduce the occurrence of errors in the data collection process. This research started from literature study, hardware and software design, testing, data collection, and analysis of data collection results. The accuracy rates obtained on the blood pressure sensors for diastolic and systolic of 98,87% and body temperature sensor of 99.50%.
