Popis: A method is proposed for investigating certain questions of the dynamics of pressing on a P-907 hydraulic press which makes it possible to reveal the rules of occurrence of the process with time and to determine the optimum operating parameters for different mixtures in adjustment and preventive maintenance of the press. An analysis of operation of the P-907 press indicates the necessity of continuous recording of its energy parameters, the full pressure of the working liquid in the main cylinder, and the movements of the mold. Equipping of a P-907 hydraulic press with recording instruments continuously recording the changes in the full and dynamic pressures of the working liquid makes it possible to provide reliable continuous control of the stability of the operating parameters of the press, to simultaneously reveal breakdowns in the hydraulic system of the press and promptly eliminate faults in deviation of the press operating parameters from the specified, to obtain objective information for a shift-by-shift analysis of the reasons for downtime of the press equipment, and to provide the conditions for control and centralization of control of the production operation.
