Popis: | An experimental study is carried out on the thermal analysis on fluorine-doped and non-doped Y1Ba2Cu3Ox superconductors. The reaction temperature of fluorine-doped Y1Ba2Cu3Ox superconductors is decreased in comparison with non-doped ones in solid state reaction. The difference of temperature appeared as a decrease of 90 °C as obtained in differential thermal analysis compared with non-doped superconductors. Fluorine-doped superconductors included Y2Ba2Cu1O5 particles. They are observed in the quench and melt growth superconductors. Though, the heat treatment temperature of fluorine-doped superconductors did not rise to temperature above 950°C, the crystals are similar to quench and melt growth superconductors. |
