Popis:	The paper is devoted to theoretical and applied aspects of sedimentary basins stratigraphic chart development on the base of Carpathian and Azov – Black Sea regions. Consideration is given to principles of the detail stratigraphic sharts development by the complex of methods. They are biostratigraphy, lithostratigraphy, seismostrtigraphy ones. Stratigraphic criteria of the oil and gas saturation have been analyzed.
