Popis: | The possibility is established of reducing the sulfur content in cast nickel superalloys to less than 1 ppm (0.0001 wt.%) with addition to alloys of an increased amount of rare earth metals previously refined with alkaline-earth metals and filtered through a ceramic foam filter during casting. Use of mass spectrometry with a glow discharge makes it possible to develop a method for determining and ultralow sulfur content in nickel superalloys. |
