Popis:	We report a rare case of osteomyelitis due to Cryptococcus neoformans var. grubii in a non-immunosuppressed patient. The epidemiology, symptoms, diagnostics and treatment are discussed. The case illustrates the complexity of differential diagnosis of osteomyelitis.
