Popis: | The value and sign of the ultrashort pulse (USP) chirp are studied experimentally in the YAG:Nd solid-state laser using different saturable absorbers. The effects of active and passive media as well as USP parameters on the chirp are analysed. The possibility of controlling the USP chirp value by selecting the initial passive locking density is shown. |
