Popis:	Much has been written about clinical supervision, but there is little published evidence to demonstrate its effectiveness. This article describes the introduction and development of clinical supervision in a mental health nursing development unit, charting the consequent change of culture to one in which nurses were able to pioneer innovative models of care.
