Popis:	In the process of power Energy Security evaluation, the load curtailment optimization is the crucial key step, which also supplements and perfects the static safe evaluation. In this paper, the LCO’s linear program algorithm is deduced on the basic mathematics model foundation, and programs in Visual Fortran environment. The IEEE bus-5 results in various states are presented to verify the load cutting optimization model.
