Popis: | The electrical characterization of tin oxide and mixed tin oxide–manganese oxide (molar proportion 10/1) layers prepared by the electrostatic spray deposition is presented for different temperatures and concentrations of hydrogen in nitrogen. For this Taguchi-type H 2 -sensor, three different contact electrodes were used: platinum, palladium and gold. The hydrogen response is very similar by changing the electrode material. All the tin oxide–manganese oxide (10/1) layers present the better sensitivity for hydrogen, the same electrical equivalent circuit, and a similar activation energy value. |
