Popis:	Four individual hydrolyzable tannins have been isolated for the first time from the leaves of the common sea buckthorn, two of which have been identified as strictinin and isostrictinin. The structure of the new tannin hipporhamnin has been established (6-O-galloyl-1,3-O-hexahydroxydiphenoyl-β-D-glucose). It has been shown that the free gallic acid in the leaves of the common sea buckthorn is an artifact.
